Eligibility
a)The weavers should be identified by the Asst.Director (H&T) and certified that he/She is having a loom and engaged on weaving profession and is not a beneficiary under any housing programme previously.
b) He/She must be below poverty line.
c) Annual Income shall not be more than Rs.20,000/-
d) He/She must have not benefited under any other Housing Scheme
e) He/ She should possess title over land proposed for construction of house.
f) He/ She must have repayment capacity of loan in stipulated time period.
Mode of Construction
He/She shall construct house not less than 30 sq mts as per the approved type design on “Self Help and Mutual Help” concept without involving any contractors / middlemen as per following plan.
Scheme Sanctioning Authority
Eligible beneficiaries will be selected by Hand Looms Textiles Department and technical know- how will be provided by APSHCL.
